A NEW STYLE OF LIVING AT WÖRTHERSEE

In the 1960s, the owning family rebuilt the original jewellery store into the prominent Café Corso, which has since shaped the main street of Pörtschach am Wörthersee. After half a century, the ground-floor building was renovated for energy efficiency and expanded by three floors by Weissenseer. The expansion will accommodate five new apartments.
As a result, commercial space could be secured for the long term and the building value significantly increased.
